On arrival the hotel receptionist was not very welcoming or helpful. Her language skills were poor even though the hotel is advertised as having English spoken. The room was very hot, with no air-con and a very small window (even a fan would have helped). THe location was central and convenient for sight-seeing, but very noisy especially at night.

Surly staff, poor service in cafe and breakfast room.
Breakfast room is too small for all the guests.
Location is noisy at weekends. Room very hot
